Nice and Clean Starbucks with usual decor. Nice service for the most part, but seriously how hard its to make an iced green tea sweetened with light ice? I've been here 3 times and all three time, my cup was full of ice and unsweetened. Seriously.

Love coming here for caramel macchiatos either iced or hot. and the addition of free wifi helps too! (well you've gotta register a starbucks card first) but that really isn't much of a big deal. coffee drinks are still starbucks pricey but theres no where else you can get these types of drinks though.

If the only problem you have with a place is that they occasionally run out of the main ingredient for your favorite drink, they're doing well. I have many edits to my drink, and they always get it right. The staff is friendly and it's clear they're working hard to get everyone's orders to them at all times. Even when I've been in there and it's been slow, they clearly value the customer's time.

iced chai tea latte please! i love that this place has lots of seating outside to enjoy the lovely weather. there's lots of seating indoors as well. all in all pretty standard starbucks. there's also a drive-thru window so if you're jonesing for a caffeine fix you don't even have to get out of the car. apparently theres wifi too. =)

"Mehh" That pretty much sums up my last few experiences at this location. Staff is always friendly and the facility is usually clean. However, they somehow are almost always out of bananas. Which is kind of a problem when the only thing non-coffee/tea related requires bananas. When I am able to order the orange mango smoothie, I'm a happy camper. However, I've been a sad camper 4 out of the 5 visits.

What can I say it's Starbucks? Very tasty, over priced food and drinks. Nice atmosphere with the fire pit going. Staff is friendly. This location can be swamped sometimes with college students studying though.

Quite possibly the slowest starbucks in the continental United States. The volume is nothing like the starbucks I used to frequent when living in Nashville, yet this one is twice as slow.

Starbucks in Johnson City , TN is located on Roan Street in north Johnson City. The parking lot is easy to miss and once you get into the parking lot finding a place in the morning hours can be a challenge. The service is excellent. The coffee was the typical Starbucks. The inside of this Starbucks is one of the largest we have ever been in. It was well maintained.
